Who can receive care?
Northstar Online Clinic serves adults who are physically located in Colorado, Maine, or New Hampshire at the time of their appointment.
Do I need to live in Colorado, Maine, or New Hampshire?
You do not necessarily need to be a permanent resident, but you must be physically located in one of these states during your telehealth visit.
How do I get started?
Request care through Northstar Online Clinic’s secure patient platform. After you provide some basic information about your needs, Ryan will review your request and determine the appropriate next step.
Are same-day appointments available?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on Ryan’s schedule and the type of care you need.
How are telehealth visits completed?
Care is provided through secure online communication. Depending on your clinical needs, your consultation may include secure messaging or a video visit.
Can prescriptions be sent to my pharmacy?
Yes. When medication is clinically appropriate, prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Some medical weight loss medications may be available through participating pharmacies and shipped directly to eligible patients.
Can you help if I run out of medication while traveling?
Possibly. If you are physically located in Colorado, Maine, or New Hampshire, Ryan can evaluate your situation and determine if a refill or telehealth consultation is appropriate.
Certain medications cannot be prescribed through telehealth, and refills are never guaranteed.
Can you help while I am waiting for a new primary care provider?
Yes. Northstar Online Clinic may be able to provide short-term follow-up care, medication support, and help managing certain ongoing health needs while you wait to establish care with a new provider.
Do you accept insurance?
Northstar Online Clinic is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Patients receive clear pricing before completing their consultation.
Do you offer medical weight loss?
