Many common health concerns can be evaluated through secure online communication. When a more detailed assessment is needed, or for services such as medical weight loss, a video visit may be recommended.

How Online Care Works

1. Choose the Service You Need

Select the type of care that best matches your needs, including same-day urgent care, medication refills, chronic condition management, primary care follow-up, or medical weight loss support.

2. Complete Your Secure Consultation

Provide information about your symptoms, health history, medications, and current concerns through the secure Push Health platform. A video visit may be requested when clinically appropriate.

3. Receive Your Treatment Plan

Ryan reviews your information and provides personalized treatment recommendations. Eligible prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy when medically appropriate.

Most patients receive a response within 24 hours.

Pricing and Payment

Flat Consultation Fee: $70

Each consultation is $70 and includes:

  • Review of your symptoms and health history
  • A personalized treatment plan
  • Medication recommendations when appropriate
  • Eligible prescriptions sent to your pharmacy
  • Follow-up guidance related to your consultation

Payment is processed securely through Push Health at the time of booking.

Cash-Pay Care

Northstar Online Clinic does not currently accept insurance. This allows the clinic to provide simple, transparent pricing without unexpected bills.

You may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so please contact your insurance company directly for details.
