Our telehealth consultation process is simple, secure, and designed to get you the care you need quickly. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Choose Your Consultation

Browse our available consultation services and select the one that matches your health concern. We offer consultations for common conditions including cold/flu, UTI, sinusitis, bronchitis, COVID-19, as well as ongoing care for diabetes management and weight loss.

Step 2: Book Through Push Health

Click the "Book your consultation on Push Health" link on any service page. You'll be directed to our secure Push Health platform where you can create an account or log in if you're a returning patient.

Step 3: Complete Your Medical Questionnaire

Fill out a brief medical questionnaire about your symptoms, medical history, and current medications. This information helps Ryan understand your health needs and provide the best possible care. The questionnaire typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

Step 4: Review and Consultation

Ryan will review your information and medical history. With over 10 years of experience treating primary and acute conditions, he'll assess your situation and develop a personalized treatment plan. Most consultations are completed within 24 hours.

Step 5: Receive Your Treatment Plan

You'll receive a comprehensive treatment plan through the Push Health platform. If appropriate, prescriptions will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy—no need to visit a doctor's office or wait in line.

Step 6: Follow-Up Support

We're here for you even after your consultation. If you have questions about your treatment or need additional support, you can reach out through the Push Health platform for follow-up care.

Push Health is a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that makes it easy to connect with healthcare providers. It's perfect for patients in rural areas of Colorado and Maine who need convenient access to quality care without the need for video visits.

Pricing & Payment

Consultation Fee: $70

All consultations are $70, which includes your evaluation, treatment plan, and prescription (when appropriate). Payment is processed securely through Push Health at the time of booking.

Cash Pay Only

At this time, we operate on a cash-pay basis and do not accept insurance. This allows us to keep our pricing transparent and affordable. We may partner with insurance plans in the future—stay tuned for updates!

Note: While we don't bill insurance directly, you may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider for details about out-of-network telehealth coverage.
